Welcome to Bloomer Elementary. We serve approximately 500 students in PreK-5th grade. As a downtown school our students have many opportunities to walk to nearby community locations such as the Council Bluffs Public Library, the fire station, the Union Pacific Museum and Bayliss Park. We have a partnership with US Bank and have our very own Bloomer branch where students can start savings accounts and do weekly banking. Bloomer has a reputation of having great staff, great students, and great families!
