Parents/guardians considering the use of the open enrollment option to enroll their child/ren in any public school district in the state of Iowa should complete an open enrollment application. Please mail, email, or fax copies of the application to your resident school district and the district you would like your child to attend. 

 

Parents/guardians of open enrolled students may be eligible for transportation assistance. Transportation Assistance Information

Parents/guardians should be aware that open enrollment may result in the loss of athletic eligibility.
