Our Vision

Council Bluffs Community School District’s Work Based Learning Program is to create greater post secondary outcomes by developing sustainable long term relationships with community stakeholders and industry who will then look to Council Bluffs Community School District as their prime source for staffing, increase enrollment in CTE courses by developing and utilizing multiple pathways, and improve graduation rates through promotion and completion of Council Bluffs Community School District’s Plus One Initiative, the work based learning program is the channel for students to make post secondary goals inescapable.
