Fine Arts

The Fine Arts Department Framework is designed to describe the connection of music, theatre, and visual arts in the Council Bluffs Community School District. These approaches describe the student leaner in the role of the artist, musician, critic, historian, and philosopher. The process of learning in the fine arts reveals that the strands of art interweave with the student in becoming a whole person. A person who can not only perform and create art, but can respond to other people's art effectively and most importantly understands how the arts are a part of life, culture, and our world.
