Dr. Chace Ramey is an educational leader with a passion for helping students, educators, and communities thrive. With 15 years of leadership experience in public education, he has served in district leadership roles across Iowa, Virginia, and Missouri. Dr. Ramey has led efforts in teaching and learning, strategic planning, human resources, school improvement, and community engagement. He has dedicated his career to creating opportunities for students to succeed while fostering positive, supportive environments where educators and staff can thrive
Dr. Ramey is passionate about building strong relationships with Council Bluffs students, staff, families, and community partners. He believes that great schools are the foundation of a strong community and built through collaboration, trust, and a shared commitment to student success.
He holds a Ph.D. in Education Policy and Leadership, a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas. Chace and his wife, Adleigh, are proud parents of three daughters, ages 8, 6, and 4. As both an educator and parent, he embraces the importance of creating learning environments where every child can flourish and reach their full potential.
