Services and Programming
The Council Bluffs Community School District offers a continuum of services to meet the needs of each student with an Individualized Education Program, often called an IEP. All schools have special education support services to meet the needs of students in the general education classroom and in pull out programs.
The goal for each student with an IEP is to enter adult life with the skills necessary for independent living and working in the community to the greatest extent possible.
