Gerald W. Kirn Middle School, located in Council Bluffs, Iowa, is a public middle school in the Council Bluffs Community School District. Kirn is an academic institution that offers a variety of educational and recreational opportunities for students in grades six through eight. Courses include computer applications, Spanish, vocal music, band, orchestra and fine arts classes. Kirn offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities and athletics as well as before and after-school clubs that are part of a 21st Century Community Learning Center. Kirn students proceed to Abraham Lincoln High School.

June 9-10, 2016 – Potential Snow Make-Up Days
Just a reminder — The office will not accept food deliveries for students or food drop-offs from parents. It is a significant distraction to the educational environment.
We would invite you to join your child for lunch if you would like to. All you need to do is call the office the day before to make an appointment that matches up with the student’s lunch time. A place is provided outside the lunchroom for you to share your meal. ~Thank you ~
