On- line Meal Payment

Internet Payments:

The Council Bluffs Community School District has contracted with RevTrak to provide a secure site for parents to make meal payments.

You may purchase your school meals on-line by selecting the button below. Please know there will be  $1.75 transaction fee added to cover the bank fee associated with each online payment. If youdo not want to pay the fee, you are welcome to pay for school meals by check or cash.

It has come to our attention that Web Store customers using Internet Explorer 7 may encounter a problem when selecting a credit card expiration date via the drop-down menu.  This is a known Microsoft issue with their Internet Explorer 7 browser.

To complete checkout, web customers may click on the non-working drop-down menu and use the Up and Down Arrow keys on their keyboard to select a value.  Web customers may also use a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome to complete their transaction.

To prevent this issue from occurring in the future, we highly recommend that web customers upgrade their browser to a newer version of Internet Explorer.

Safe and Secure Internet Transactions

Each student  in the district has an account in the cafeteria.  In the past, parents had to send either cash or checks to the cafeteria to provide a balance in the student account, or send cash every day.  Now with the automatic payment plan, the parent knows money will be added when they complete the transaction.  Then the student just gives their Lunch account number to the cafeteria staff member.  Payments made by 9:30 AM will show up in your student’s account that day.  Anything added after 9:30 AM will show up in the next day’s payments.

In order to use this payment plan, you must have  your student’s six digit student ID number.  This number is different than their Lunch account number.  You can find your student’s six digit student ID number in two different places.  If you student’s school provides a student ID card, the number is on it.  The second place you can find the number is on your student’s grade report that you pick up at school or that is mailed to you by the school.  If you cannot locate the number at either of these locations, please call 328-6420.
