Seeking Input on Superintendent Search

The Board of Education invites participation from the community to help determine the qualities, skills and experience desired in the next superintendent of the Council Bluffs Community School District.

You may attend an upcoming input session, facilitated by representatives of the search firm of Ray & Associates, or take an online survey (open through 8 a.m. on February 2). There are four sessions set for input from parents and the community.  There is no need to register in advance. Members of the Board of Education will appreciate this feedback as they work with the search firm in the recruitment and selection process for the best possible candidates.
Schedule of Meetings:
Tuesday, January 31, 2017:
  • 6:00-7:00 pm.. at Wilson Middle School (715 N. 21st Street)
Wednesday, February 1, 2017:
  • 9:00-10:00 a.m. at the Educational Service Center (300 W. Broadway, Suite 1600)
  • 6:00-7:00 p.m.  in the Abraham Lincoln High School Cafeteria (1205 Bonham Avenue)
  • 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the Thomas Jefferson High School Commons (2501 W. Broadway)
